At Puzzle Bomb, we 100% stand behind our product! While we don't process returns, as let's face it, they're a hassle for both you and us, we will make every effort to fix any issues, and will offer a full refund if this isn't possible.
For Fixable Issues
These things include, but aren't limited to:
- Various defects, such as printing misalignments or damaged boxes. These are rare, but occasionally happen.
- Missing packages. I don't know what Amazon/FedEx/USPS/DHL do sometimes, but packages occasionally disappear into the ether.
- You lost a piece, or your pet ate a piece.
You get the idea! If any of these things occur, shoot us an email at caylyn@puzzlebomb.com, and we'll get a replacement out ASAP! We won't require photographic evidence or anything, as we just want to make fixing the issue as easy for you as it can possibly be.
For Unfixable Issues
If for absolutely any reason you're not happy with your purchase, and it's not something we can fix, we'll send you a full refund on your order. And by "absolutely any reason", we really mean it. This is not to make fun of the folks who made these requests, but here are a few word-for-word reasons we've been given for requesting a refund:
- "I don't like putting puzzles back together."
- "I didn't realize you were Christians."
- "I didn't expect the puzzle to be so colorful."
Life is too short to argue about a few bucks, so we're happy to shoot your money back to you in any case. All we ask is that you then make an effort to get the puzzle into the hands of someone that might enjoy it. That way, you're happy, someone else is happy, and we're happy that you're all happy! Happiness abounds!
