Opening the Bumfuzzled Vault!
Hey Puzzle Friends!
On May 13th, we're launching a new campaign on Gamefound to open the Bumfuzzled vault, meaning limited quantities of all 19 Bumfuzzleds to date will be available for this short window!
Why Limited Quantities?
The only reason this is possible is because I had held back some of our stock for sale at in-person events. After attending a few events in the Kansas City area last fall/winter, I decided that endeavor wasn't worthwhile. While it's fun setting up a booth and meeting folks, it was a lot of work for not much return, meaning I can make these puzzles available again!
For some puzzles, I only have about 50 remaining, and for most of these puzzles, once they're gone, they'll likely never be reprinted again, so this campaign may very well be the curtain call for several designs.
Other Reasons for Opening the Vault
There are a couple main reasons:
1) We have many more customers than we had at the outset, meaning a lot of folks missed out on some of the earliest designs. I like to make as many folks happy as I can, so I'd always wanted to do an opening of the vaults at some point!
2) While I'd always wanted to do something like this, this is quite a bit earlier than I'd initially planned. Due to the uncertainty of the tariff situation, it's very likely I'm going to need a larger-than-usual amount of cash on hand as incoming shipments arrive. Cashflow issues are a reality, and selling off this stock of puzzles now will help us bridge the gap!
Follow Along!
If you're ready to pounce on any of these discontinued designs, make sure to follow the Gamefound campaign for launch notification! You'll want to make sure to register for an account there (those who pledged to our last campaign should already have one from the pledge manager phase!). Their system works very similarly to Kickstarter, so if you've crowdfunded before, this will all be pretty familiar!
Looking forward to launch on the 13th!
Blessings,
The Krizans aka Puzzle Bomb
